Eastern Seasons, a week of cultural, business and sports events that aims to strengthen ties between the UK and eastern Europe, opens next week in London.

Highlights from among the week’s cultural events include a classical music concert with Iranian harpsichordist and organist Mahan Esfahani and the Russian Virtuosi of Europe string players, conducted by Yuri Zhislin. The Eastern Seasons Gala Dinner will see performances by Ukrainian ballet dancer Sergei Polunin and British singer Sophie Ellis-Bextor.

A full programme of events can be found on the Eastern Seasons website.

Eastern Seasons 2016 will run from 28 November – 5 December at locations across central London.
