Has Russia developed teleportation? Viral video sparks theory

An online video showing a Russian truck’s near miss with a pedestrian has unleashed a theory that Russia has developed teleportation technology.

The dashcam footage has been viewed over 1 million times, with many viewers commenting that it clearly shows a pedestrian “teleporting” into the middle of a busy road.

British tabloid newspaper The Daily Star even brought Russian President Vladimir Putin into the equation, using the video as evidence to suggest that he may be “developing sci-fi tech in Russia”.
