Pimp My Pump: Zagreb artists give water pumps a vibrant touch

Forget a fridge magnet, if you’re visiting Zagreb this summer what you want to bring home is a water pump.

Yes, you read that correctly.

Made up of five people, Zagreb-based art crew Pimp My Pump have been giving a new lease of life to the city’s water pumps.

Their work has become so recognisable and popular that they have just launched a range of miniature souvenir pumps, which you can buy at Zagreb’s new Art Park, in addition to the city’s first street art studio, Lapo Lapo.
