“What does it mean to become a father for the first time? How will everything change?” These were the questions Slovenian photographer Matej Sitar posed in anticipation of his first child, that are explored in his photo book Morning Sun. The photographs were taken over nine months across Slovenia, as well as Austria, but appear out of sequence. Landscape shots are disrupted by portraits of various stages of pregnancy, and in this way express the small but sudden changes in routine.
